On Thursday morning, College Football Insider Brett McMurphy broke the story that K-State Football Coach Bill Snyder had nixed a verbal agreement that would have allowed for Jim Leavitt to become the next head coach because he wanted his son Sean to be his replacement.

Earlier on Friday, Kansas State Athletic Director Gene Taylor joined Carrington & Brad on-site at Kite's Bar & Grill to discuss this year's football season the ongoing situation involving Brett McMurphy's report, the challenges of having to find a potential replacement for a legend, and his expectations so far on K-State basketball.
