Week 10 Waiver Adds

Marquez Valdes-Scantling – Scantling has 100 yards in 2 of his last 3 contests. He’s quickly becoming Rodgers down field threat and at this point has much more value than Randall Cobb. Allison went on IR today so he’s no longer a factor for your fantasy team and Scantling is now one of the best options that Aaron Rodgers has at his disposal outside of Davante Adams and Jimmy Graham.

John Ross – Listen I don’t believe in John Ross at all but that doesn’t mean the guy isn’t talented if he can stay on the field for longer than a game at a time. A.J. Green could miss time with a toe injury and the Bengals still have a high volume offense. They are going to need someone to fill the void left by their top pass catcher.

Tre’Quan Smith - He’s been quiet since his explosion against the Washington R’s a few weeks ago but he did catch a TD this past week against the Rams. He trails only Michael Thomas in total snaps and he’s a talented rookie who can stretch the field. If nothing more he needs to be on your roster to keep another team from adding him to their playoff run.

Willie Snead – Snead has quietly been pretty productive in this Ravens offense even as they’ve slowed down from their early season performance. He should be rostered now. I didn’t buy into him but he deserves to be picked up this week.

Mike Davis – If you listened to me Sunday on Fanball’s Fantasy Football Sunday I told you to add Mike Davis incase Chris Carson didn’t play. Even if you did he probably didn’t help as Carson started but left the game after only 10 snaps. If Carson can’t go Davis sets up to be the work horse until Carson is healthy. He had over a 100 total yards against the Chargers. Needs to be on every roster.

Duke Johnson Jr – Another guy that absolutely needs to be added in every league is Duke Johnson. He was the Browns most productive offensive player against the Chiefs and he did it with only 1 rush. He’s a receiver much more than he is a RB and he lead the Browns with 9 catches for 78 yards and 2 TD’s. New OC Freddie Kitchens loves Johnson and his role only figures to expand. That being said it spells disaster for the young Antonio Callaway who can now be dropped in all leagues.

Ito Smith – He should have already been on your roster but if he wasn’t add him. He’s just taking over the productive role Coleman had with Devonta Freeman.

Elijah McGuire – I’m not banking on the Jets to be a highly productive offense but fantasy is about value. McGuire is good value at the RB position this late in the season. He’s been productive when healthy and Crowell is always banged up. He needs to be added on all rosters coming off IR in his first contest this season he had 7 carries for 30 yards and 3 catches for 37. The roll only figures to expand a little bit.

Danny Amendola – It’s crunch time if you want to make a playoff run and while Amendola is certainly far from a waiver wire savior he can be a worthy flex spot. He’s got over 30 targets the past four weeks and I would rather invest in him than last weeks top 5 claimed player Devante Parker.

Chris Herndon – I like Herndon a lot in dynasty formats. I think he’s talented young player who can grow with his young QB. He had a TD in 3 straight prior to last week. He didn’t find the end zone but he did lead the team in targets and receiving yards. He’s building chemistry fast and in a season that has been brutal at the TE position he should be on your roster as a top bye week fill in.

You can hear me on Show & Vern Monday - Friday or every Sunday at 9 am on Fanball's Fantasy Football Sunday.
