This would be fun for college towns

The NFL announced that next year the Chiefs would play the Rams in Mexico City.

Earlier announing that 3 games would be in London this year (last year there were 4 games in London and have had 3 since 2014).

What the NFL needs to do is take one game less away from London and play a college football stadium tour?  Would be great to boost the local college economies and do something different.  I really enjoy what hockey does by having the Winter Classic each year.  This year the Sabres and Rangers played at Citi Field and this takes place at a different football or baseball stadium each year.  The NHL also has the Stadium Series as this year it will be played at the United States Naval Academy and will feature a game with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Washington Capitols.

Take the games regionally.  Have the Chiefs play in Manhattan or Columbia for a game?  Falcons in Tuscaloosa? Cleveland or Cincinnati in Columbus.  The Lions in the Big House. A Chiefs and Broncos game on the blue turf in Boise?  You get the picture.  Do something creative and do something different.  I understand the revenue generated from the international games.  One in Mexico City, 2 in London and 1 college football stadium series.  Sounds good.
