The streak of Alcides Escobar is over

The consecutive game streak is over at 421 games

Well the consecutive game streak for Alcides Escobar  is over as he was not in the lineup on Sunday against Boston.  It is the longest current streak in baseball and the longest in Royals history.

Alcides Escobar was the ALCS MVP back in 2014Cal Ripken holds the all time record with 2,632 games consecutive games played.
