A look at defensive tackles that the Chiefs could have a shot at.  The upper echelon DT's that the Chiefs probably won't have a chance at wont be in this but here is some guys that could possibly be around and don't forget besides picking 29 the Chiefs are picking 61 and 63 in the 2nd round:

-I have looked at several positions in the 2019 NFL Draft here they are:

HERE IS MY LOOK AT CORNERS:

HERE IS MY LOOK AT SAFETIES:

HERE IS MY LOOK AT TIGHT ENDS:

HERE IS MY LOOK AT WIDE RECEIVERS:

-Now a look at defensive lineman:

-Christian Wilkins Clemson-6'4" 315 on the same defensive line as Dexter Lawrence.  51 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks.   End of 1st round or 2nd round.

From Matt Miller:

Christian Wilkins started the season with a second-round grade on my board, but the more Clemson tape that's evaluated, the more it's clear he has a role as an interior pass-rusher and excellent leader in the NFL. His athleticism, production and character add up to a first-round grade.

From The Draft Network:

Competitive Toughness –Flies around like a bat out of hell. Relentless in his efforts: will chase from the backside, string out lateral runs into the boundary, bear crawl in the pocket after losing his footing in an effort to get a piece of the passer. Occasional lapses vs. double teams to give ground and lose leverage.

-Dre'Monte Jones Ohio State-6'3" 286 lbs.  43 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. probable 2nd rounder

From The Draft Network:

As a pass rusher, Jones has flashed a nasty cross chop, a swim, push-pulls moves and the ability to rip through contact to the quarterback. His hands need more nuance in terms of timing and variety, but he shows great suddenness to surprise opponents with quick assaults. As a run defender, hand usage is a significant weakness, doesn’t strike with authority or control his opponent’s chest (and therfore the line of scrimmage) like you would hope. Has to get better at working off of blocks with more authoritative hand usage.

-Jerry Tillery Notre Dame-6'7" 305. 8.5 tackles for loss and 7 sacks. Probable 2nd round.

From the Draft Network:

Possesses ample length to stun punch and negate a block, although results continue to be inconsistent due to irregular punch timing and placement. Has too many reps trying to scrape while chest to chest with the opposition. Conversely is a terror when able to land the first blow.

-Dexter Lawrence Clemson-6'4" 350-Huge man that had 7.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. Had 6.5 sacks his freshman year.  Could be first or 2nd round.

From The Draft Network:

True nose tackle in every sense of the position: stocks up gaps and occupies space, allowing his linemates and LBs to flow freely. Motor has a little extra juice and shows great pursuit skills in the run game, won’t be ran away from without a fight and good flow.

-Gerald Willis III Miami-6'4" 285-59 tackles, 18 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. 2nd or 3rd rounder.

From The Draft Network:

Quality first step to consistently threaten off the ball. Needs to consistently fire out rather than pop up with his initial movement. Carries over his burst into quickness up the field. Explosiveness often causes offensive linemen to overextend in an attempt to slow his progress. When he fires out low, can create knock-back due to combination of burst and power.

-Terry Beckner Jr Missouri-6'4: 295 lbs.  11 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.  Probable 3rd or 4th rounder.

From The Draft Network:

Pretty good weight on his frame, mostly muscular 305 pounds with a power gut. Flashes the power to take control of blockers with higher pad levels than him. Gets hands inside and can stack up solo blocks. Tough frame to move when he fires off low. Flashes a nasty swim move and awareness as a pass rusher. Plays hard and physical.
