Chiefs move on to the AFC Championship game

The Kansas City Chiefs have beaten the Indianapolis Colts  31-13 as the Chiefs will play in their first AFC title game since January 23rd 1994!  The Chiefs will play next Sunday at 5:40 central at Arrowhead stadium.

And this:

-The Chiefs defense was dominating in the first half only giving up the first first down at the end of the first half.  Indy only had 4 first downs in the first half.  The Chiefs led in total yards in the first half 274 to 91.  Chiefs had 18 first downs to the Colts 4. The only touchdown for the colts was a blocked punt for a TD.  It was the first block of a Dustin Colquitt punt in the last 5 years.

-2nd half the defense continued to dominate limiting the Colts to only 263 total yards. 

The Chiefs must now face the Patriots next Sunday at 5:40  This will be the first AFC Championship home game in KC history!!
