Well the season has come to an unexpected abrupt end that no one in Kansas City saw coming.  Sunday's loss will go down for some as another gut punch in the post season.  For others it will be looked at as a new beginning of what is to come with Patrick Mahomes under center.  2018 was a great season that ended poorly.  Looking forward has to make every Chiefs fan happy knowing we have a super star at QB.  So for the final time this season, here are a few numbers that defined the last game.

1.  90.5%- The Pats recored a pass block win rate of 90.5%.  That was the highest this season in the NFL.  This is a stat that was created by ESPN but shows how good offensive lineman are in the first 2 and a half seconds of blocking on a pass play.  The Chiefs vaunted pass rush was shut down and its a big reason why they lost the game.

2.  573- Patrick Mahomes tossed for 573 yards in the post season.  In 2 games he is already 4th all time in passing yards in the post season in Chiefs history.  Len Dawson, Alex Smith and Joe Montana all have more.  Dawson leads the way with just over 1,400 passing yards in the playoffs.

3.  3- Damien Williams scored 3 times on Sunday.  He becomes the first Chief ever to score 3 or more touchdowns in a post season game.

4.  4- Damien Williams has 4 post season touchdowns for his career.  That is the MOST of any Chiefs player all time.

5.  24- Damien Williams has 24 post season points.  That 3rd most all time trailing only Jan Stenerud and Nick Lowery.  Lowery is tops with 37 and Stenerud has 35.
